Role Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers. Your mission is to ensure a smooth, timely, and successful onboarding experience that drives early wins and long-term value. You’ll partner with customers, sales reps, and internal experts to guide clients through setup, configuration, and strategy alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, from kickoff to launch
  • Deliver white-glove onboarding experiences that balance technical setup with strategic guidance
  • Conduct onboarding calls, training sessions, and milestone check-ins with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, revops) to ensure customer needs are met

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep experience in Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) to lead the development of our customer-facing platform, internal tools, and integrations with leading sales and marketing technologies. The Opportunity

As our Founding Account Executive, you’ll be one of the first sales hires and will own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close. You’ll work directly with the CEO, founders, and expert delivery team to bring our high-ROI offering to more revenue leaders across SaaS, services, and B2B tech. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape sales messaging, build pipeline strategy, and influence product-market fit as we scale.
